Sílvia R. Ziller

Develops forestry production models using native species with IDEAAS based on economic feasibility and market potential studies for income generation in rural areas. Coordinates IDEAAS' participation in the Forum on Invasive Alien Species and Sustainable Development for Rio Grande do Sul state. Founder and Executive Director of the Horus Institute of Environmental Conservation and Development and Coordinator of the Invasive Species Initiative for South America with The Nature Conservancy. Forester, Social Entrepreneur recognized by Ashoka Innovators for the Public. Expertise in invasive alien species and environmental restoration. Member of the Global Invasive Species Programme Board (GISP) and of the Invasive Species Specialist Group of IUCN (ISSG).

José Vicente Santurio Ramos

Economist and Agricultural Technician, specialized in rural business. Experience in the comercial area and in the development of business projects for small enterprises.
Works on economic and market assessments of IDEAAS' different income generation initiatives. Studied the productive processes of grape cultivation for wine production and forrage grasses, and provides support to feasibility studies in forestry using native species.

Higor Renck

Técnico em Processamento de Dados e Acadêmico de Engenharia. Responsável pelo serviço de pós-instalação no Projeto Luz do Sol. Atende os municípos de Santo Antônio da Patrulha, Osório, Maquiné, Rio Grande, São José do Norte e Santa Vitória do Palmar.
Também participa do desenvolvimento de produtos específicos para uso com energias renováveis.

Marco Antônio Falcão Villela

Agronomical Engineer , implements IDEAAS' projects in the field and manages operational processes. Master's degree in seeds by the Federal University of Pelotas,
in Rio Grande do Sul. Founder and Manager of Plantec, a service provider enterprise in rural areas working on cartography, topography, mapping, rational rotational grazing and management of natural grasslands. Worked as Manager of the Espinilho State Park, at Barra do Quaraí, from 2002 to 2004 for the State Secretary of Environment of Rio Grande do Sul.

Iracema de Andrade Filipe

Secretary Technician, works in the Secretary of IDEAAS, in charge of the
administrative and financial areas in projects. Founder and Manager of the entreprise Cema Assessment and Services.

Paulo Schuck

Accountability Technician, Manager of the enterprise Schuck Accountability Office, in Porto Alegre. Works for IDEAAS as an Accountant, taking care of projects and managerial accountability. Experience in non-governmental and philanthropic organizations. Expertise also in fiscal issues.
